Chanting 108 rounds of Hanumān Cālīsā is a ‘super event’. As a sādhana, it is not a demand on your energy. Your system reorganises to access the energy already within you.

Each Hanumān Cālīsā recitation initiates structural re-patterning.

108 recitations do not exhaust the system. They entrain it to a deeper rhythm in which:

— Breath becomes regenerative — Chatter is refined into current — Inner fire becomes sustainable — Bhakti becomes fuel, not expense

You need not ‘push through’ this practice.

You can be carried by it.

This SATYA 'Super Event' offers:

What I can say with certainty is that Hanumān Cālīsā gives me the strength to face my challenges. And it is an unstoppable stream—like simply moving through the Hanumān Cālīsā from start to finish. When I chant it more than once, this strength only becomes more solid and more stable. It gives me the strength to master my day. And there is joy—true joy.”

— Erik Alexander Lynghaug, Norway

A spiral into lived presence—how it works

This is more than chanting Hanumān Cālīsā 108 times. It is an integration, of:

In the classical traditions of Tantra, Yoga and Kashmir Śaivism, 108 marks a full circuit—a point of convergence where repetition matures into integration.

Each verse of the Hanumān Cālīsā is alive with intended prāṇa, spanda and śakti—vital force, primordial vibration and the coiled conscious force of awakening and reorganization.

As rhythm stabilises, prāṇa (ascending life force) and apāna (descending current) merge in suṣumnā—the central subtle channel along the spinal axis.

This convergence integrates prāṇa śakti and manas śakti—vital energy and mental power—and reawakens the primordial current: kuṇḍalinī śakti uncoiling through the axis of source intelligence.

Each pulse of spanda coils inward until śakti, ripened at the bindu—the seed-point of manifestation and return—bursts forth as presence in motion.

Three nights ago after we had chanted as a group, I went to sleep and had the experience of Hanumān Cālīsā humming away in the background of my awareness. When I woke up for my usual churn it was like the volume turned up on Hanumān Cālīsā, and the old stories dissolved into the background. I went back to sleep after a few moments. It felt alive and electric and full of energy. I was astonished and deeply moved.

From this experience, I really get the power of this practice to cut through the old patterns—the sound waves de-fragging my memory banks and offering new pathways.”
