SATYA Sadhana is a support system for continuity and commitment to spiritual practice and self inquiry, within the framework of Indian Tantra, Yoga and Ayurveda.

Each month of SATYA Sadhana offers:
SATYA Sadhana is a vehicle for connectivity—to self, to Umā, to a community of fellow practitioners.

And it’s designed so it can easily merge into a busy life among other priorities.

In SATYA Sadhana:
I’ve attended numerous Kundalini Shakti classes, and Uma’s teachings resonate with a kind of practice I have always longed for. It brings me closer to home, rituals from my upbringing in India. Her teachings mirrored the mantras and rituals my father instilled in me. They gave me that glimpse of Shakti awakening, and I’m eager to go deeper.” Chaitra, Norway

3 aspects of SATYA Sadhana

1. Satsang—gathering in truth

In SATYA Sadhana we circle once a month for satsang—gathering in truth—with Umā.
Live monthly video call, online:
4th Saturday of every month*

—9:00-10:30 Central European Time
(Please check for your local time
at this link)
—Starts Sat., 25 May 2024
In each live video satsang we explore themes that are relevant to all humans and to each of us individually, in distinct ways. Questions are asked and answered, with Umā masterfully weaving in the context of Indian Tantra, Yoga and Ayurveda.

2. Sadhana—at-home practices

Between the monthly satsangs, we are in sadhana together. These are specific spiritual practices from within the contexts of Indian Tantra, Yoga and Ayurveda, selected and unfolded by Umā to serve each of us in the process of self-knowing. Infused with potency, these sadhanas also help us investigate and integrate what arises in each satsang.

Sadhanas may include mantra, pranayama, yoga asana or certain Ayurvedic lifestyle guidelines. You choose how much time to commit to these practices. You might dedicate a few minutes each day or a few hours each week, according to what works for you.

3. Satsanga—online community

Throughout the month stay in connection with Umā and your fellow practitioners through the private SATYA Sadhana community on Telegram. You can utilise these communications to integrate each satsang, refine your sadhana and foster meaningful connections.

Umā is online at points throughout each week to respond to questions and conversations from the satsanga.

*Note: the monthly satsang date or time may occasionally need to change. If this happens, it will be communicated in advance.
Umā makes us go deep down to our roots. What we find along the path down to our roots is different for everyone, but she doesn’t walk away from the dark and painful things we come across, and she invites us, guides us, to overcome these things.

She gives us the confidence that it is good to do this and let go of the things we don’t need anymore. She will stay with us, until we’re through. I’m talking about the things people in general are trying to avoid: anxiety, hatred, disparity, loneliness, sexual desires, etcetera.”

“I have never met anyone like Umā, and it is possible that I never will. I believe that what Umā embodies and teaches is to be cherished, respected and protected, and one of the absolute most enriching gifts of my life has been to study with Umā.

Within my first class with her I immediately recognized the truth and depth of her teaching and I was so grateful to have finally found someone who could guide me to where I desired to go: ever deeper into the truth. I have studied with some of the most notable Yoga instructors in the US, Europe and Australia, but I have never called anyone else my teacher in this sense.” When asked to describe Umā, my simple answer is: ‘she is the totality.’ This of course includes many aspects, but I have experienced all of this as deep love and unravelled truth.”
