In the two-week cycle from lunar eclipse to solar eclipse, we will:

  • Inquire why ancient Indian wisdom guides us to go inward—not outside—during eclipses
  • Practice mantra, asana and other key remedies to align with specific cosmic forces
  • Utilise the eclipse portal to promote regeneration—physical, emotional, spiritual
  • Uncover the living essence of the Sagara Manthan myth, the churning of the ocean of milk within each of us

  • Sun., 23 March: Live video call #2 — solar eclipse preparation*
  • Sat., 29 March: Partial solar eclipse
An online community is also available throughout the module, for asking questions, receiving reflections and integrating your experience (in a private Telegram group).

Frequently asked questions

To prepare for Eclipse Portal, please clear time for sadhana each day during the module—ideally at least 30 minutes each morning and/or evening. You are also recommended to create a dedicated altar space in your home if you do not already have one.

Be sure to mark the two live calls on your calendar, and arrive in the video call at least 5-10 minutes before class begins. Please close all other windows on your device, put your phone on ‘do not disturb’, and be ready to focus on the call.

During Eclipse Portal you’ll have two live video calls with Umā and other module participants. They will take place on the following days, in the morning (Central European Time):

— Sun., 23 March, , 08:00 CET

Plan for each session to last about 90 minutes. These calls will be recorded for you to revisit later or catch up if you miss one.

The live video calls will be recorded so you can watch them again or catch up if you miss one. Please contact us to discuss concerns about scheduling conflicts or time constraints.

During the live calls and in the Telegram thread, Umā is available to answer questions related to Eclipse Portal and your experience within it.
