Uma is bold, daring & powerful. Her strong voice resonated as she led us through a strong practice to unblock our first three energy centres: earth, water and fire. I was thoroughly vibrating after the intense expulsion of blocked energies from my body.”

9 nights of sadhana-based SATYA training

Etched deeply into the history of the Indian Yogic sciences, Navaratri is a 9-night passage of honouring the divine feminine—uplifting one’s inner powers of Nature.

In Grace Arising we take this journey together with Umā, through:

3 live video calls — satsang and sadhana with Umā and fellow practitioners:

Guided Shakti sadhana to evoke devotion, transform mental and emotional patterns, and align with the power of Nature

An online community for asking questions, receiving reflections and integrating your experience (a private Telegram group):
The live calls will be recorded. You can watch or listen to them as many times as you like, for up to one year.
If you want to participate in Grace Arising but have concerns about scheduling conflicts or time constraints, please contact us in advance to discuss those.
Umā makes us go deep down to our roots. What we find along the path down to our roots is different for everyone, but she doesn’t walk away from the dark and painful things we come across, and she invites us, guides us, to overcome these things.

She gives us the confidence that it is good to do this and let go of the things we don’t need anymore. She will stay with us, until we’re through. I’m talking about the things people in general are trying to avoid: anxiety, hatred, disparity, loneliness, sexual desires, etcetera.”

Frequently asked questions

Grace Arising does entail certain preparations. These include: clearing time for the live calls and for sadhana each evening; creating a dedicated altar space if you do not already have one; and ideally cleaning and adorning your home before we begin. Details and recommendations for these preparations will be provided after enrolment.

Also prepare for each live gathering by signing onto the video call at least 5 minutes before it begins. Please close all other windows on your device, put your phone on ‘do not disturb’ and be ready to focus on the call.

You may wish to have a notebook and pen available during the calls.

Sadhana—ideally each evening—is an integral part of this SATYA module. Specific mantras or other practices will be recommended by Umā, and you choose how much time you want to spend with them. This might be 10-15 minutes each evening, or it could be an hour or more, depending on what works best for you in your circumstances.

Each of the 3 live calls will last approximately 90 minutes.

The live calls take place on these dates:
  • Wed., 2 Oct. — the day before Navaratri begins
  • Sat., 5 Oct. — the 3rd day of Navaratri
  • Tues., 8 Oct. — the 6th day of Navaratri
They begin at 9:00 a.m. and will last until approximately 10:30 a.m., Central European Time. You can check for the time in your location at this link.
The 3 live gatherings will be recorded, so you can watch the recording if you miss a live call. You can watch or listen to these recordings as many times as you like for up to one year.
No. However, sadhana is an integral part of this SATYA training. To earn completion of Grace Arising, one of the 6 core curriculum modules within the SATYA Immersion, you do need to engage in the sadhana and in the live calls or Telegram group in some way, so we know you are actively participating.

In addition to the 3 live calls, a private online community—a Telegram group exclusively for Grace Arising participants—is provided for support and integration of your experience.

This group will be opened shortly before the module begins and held open for some days after it ends so you can fully integrate. Please be sure to add the Telegram app to your mobile device and/or computer upon registering for this program.

During the live calls and in the private Telegram group, Umā is available to answer questions related to Grace Arising.

You are also always welcome to schedule a private consultation with Umā.

The final date to register for Grace Arising is 25 Sep. 2024. For the ‘early bird’ discount, enrol by 2 Sep. 2024.

Unlike any class ‘format’ I have ever participated in, for me it is more of a journey. Freedom, and a sense of acceptance of all that is, permeate the space she holds for us, and allows me to become aware of my true nature and where resistance lies inside my body and mind. I leave feeling more activated, empowered, and peaceful.
