Hanumān Cālīsā Super Event 2026

108 Rounds

7-9 August 2026
Selvig Fredsgård, Norway

Contact us at the link above to join our waiting list. You’ll then be informed when registration opens.

Chanting 108 rounds of Hanumān Cālīsā is a ‘super event’. As a sādhana, it is not a demand on your energy. Your system reorganises to access the energy already within you.

Each Hanumān Cālīsā recitation initiates structural re-patterning.

108 recitations do not exhaust the system. They entrain it to a deeper rhythm in which:

— Breath becomes regenerative
— Chatter is refined into current
— Inner fire becomes sustainable
— Bhakti becomes fuel, not expense

You need not ‘push through’ this practice.

You can be carried by it.

I have never felt how much fun chanting/singing is before.

I feel a power, energy and joy in my body that I have not felt in a long time. I was able to read a difficult book in English and have a clear understanding of what was conveyed.”

This SATYA 'Super Event' offers:

Flow of the weekend

Our weekend will follow the general flow below, with some changes to be expected along the way:

Friday, 7 August:
– 13:00-13:30: Arrival, begin setting camp/settling in
– 14:45: Gather for opening circle
– Early dinner
– Evening satsang

Saturday, 8 August:
– 108 rounds of Hanumān Cālīsā
– Breakfast, lunch, dinner included

Sunday, 9 August:
– Breakfast
– Integration
– Lunch
– 14:00-15:00: Departure

After the ocean of my being got churned, it then settled into the most peaceful and quiet lake, allowing the full moon reflecting perfectly.

Through the Super Event I released some anger, some fear, some physical pain, ideas of how things should be. I have gained faith…in the fire, in my journey.”

Frequently asked questions

You don’t need to have Hanumān Cālīsā memorized. However, if you will attend or think you might register later, you are sincerely recommended to listen to Hanumān Cālīsā regularly—starting as soon as possible—so that you are familiar with it.

Ideally, listen to it daily—and on repeat when possible (for example, during daily commutes to/from work, while getting ready in the morning, while cooking).

You will be provided materials for chanting and learning Hanumān Cālīsā after registration for this event.

Become as familiar as you can with the Hanumān Cālīsā. Listen daily if possible (1, 3, 7 or 11 times, or more).

We may be seated for long periods of time, for meditation and for chanting. Please be prepared to be seated on the ground for at least 30 minutes at a stretch. Bring with you whatever physical supports you may need for this seat.

Also please note that coffee, black or green tea, cacao or other stimulant beverages will not be a part of our menu. It’s a good idea to wean yourself off these substances before arriving so you don’t have withdrawal headaches during the weekend

You’re welcome to contact us with any questions or concerns you might have about these preparations.

Plan for a camping kind of weekend. Bring your own tent, sleeping bag and sleeping mat/mattress.

If you do not have a tent, there are a few indoor spaces available (cabin, RV or glamping tent). A bed is provided in these accommodations, and you will bring your own sleeping bag or other bed linens.

These indoor accommodations can be requested in the application form below. If one is available for you, there will be an additional €50 accommodation fee for the weekend.

Toilet and washing facilities are shared by all.

Selvig Fredsgård is a private regenerative farm located on the Hurum peninsula about an hour outside of Oslo.

It can be easily reached by bus or car. The exact location will be provided after registration.

A Telegram group opened before the event can be used to offer or request ride shares to and from Selvig.

We will be eating healthy, freshly cooked vegetarian food prepared by an Ayurvedic chef, and drinking warm herbal teas. The foods and teas are chosen to support digestion, regulate the bio-forces, nourish the tissues and protect the respiratory system during extended chanting.

Please notify us upon registration if you have any medical dietary restrictions.

This weekend I’ve gained inner joy and gratitude. A full heart. Feeling so full, content. Having greater perspective and gratitude of all that I have, instead of focusing on what is not ideal or not how I want it to be.”
