Integral Cleanse

14-day Ayurvedic detox & reset

Guided – Online – At home

30 March  12 April 2025

Registration is now closed. Please contact us with inquiries about the next Integral Cleanse.

Integral Cleanse provides:
“I have few words to describe how this Integral Cleanse has been; it must be experienced to be understood.

It has been an intensely powerful journey on every level—within me and around me. All me. All parts of myself. I have felt a holistic beautiful deep connected embrace that reaches into the deepest parts of my being.

Throughout these weeks, I have been reborn time and time again. I believed it was the end, that there was nothing left, only to be met with the next experience, the next day, the next hour, the next minute, the next second.

To be met by myself. My real self. Without all the layers. From second to second. And learning how to be in this second and observe, from moment to moment.

Breathing IN, breathing OUT, and be in my self. My real, true, honest, deep self. I am now in my true nature. I remember now. It was the time for me.

I am nature. And you are too. We are. I am so, so grateful for everything I have been privileged to experience here with Umā. Thank you. Thank you, nature.”

Purify + reset

The Integral Cleanse method follows a two-in-one process of purification followed by rejuvenation. This wholistic process has been successfully tried and tested over thousands of years in Ayurveda, and creates substantial results.

You’ll be provided with:

During the calls Umā will discuss the Ayurvedic foundations of the Integral Cleanse method and how to follow it with care. You’ll also have opportunity to ask questions that have arisen for you during the cleanse.

The Integral Cleanse schedule

Integral Cleanse is specifically scheduled during the shift from one season into the next. This transitional time allows you to more efficiently release the old and start anew.
“Had a walk in nature. Sat by a lake. Watching the reflection of the sun. Ripples of the waves…upon waves. My senses felt so pure, so clean, so fresh, taking it all in. This is a game changer, Umā.

I feel cleaner, more lubricated, engine running smoother, steering tighter, gearing smoother.

There is an underlying ease in the system, a calmness which I revert to more easily now, as if the system is much more flexible, bouncing back, smoother, faster.

The integrity of the system feels rejuvenated at a foundational level.

Integral Cleanse feels systematic… mechanic… calculated… Loving it!”

Frequently asked questions

Yes, to some degree. Integral Cleanse is designed to be undertaken at home, adaptable to your unique needs.

However, if you have questions or concerns about specific health matters, maintaining ideal weight, food restrictions, allergies, family/work obligations, time constraints or other matters, it is important you contact us before registering.

IMPORTANT: If you are considering that an adaptation might be necessary for you, or wonder if it might be, please ask us about this in advance, before registering.

Integral Cleanse has been designed so you can still be working and running your household. It is recommended, however, that you clear your personal space and calendar as much as possible in advance to allow time to release, rest and reintegrate.

RECOMMENDED:

Purchase all ingredients or other needed items for Integral Cleanse in advance. See the list below.

Clean the house, including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and personal sanctuary or meditation room.

Clear work schedule and obligations as much as possible, especially the day before purgation, the day of purgation and the day after.

Clear communications, admin, bills.

Give notice in advance to loved ones or roommates that you require personal space and time to complete the program successfully.

Wean yourself off addictive substances in advance (coffee/tea, cacao, nicotine, etc.)

For optimal preparation and personalisation of the program, you may wish to have a private Ayurvedic consultation with Umā before or during your Integral Cleanse. Schedule a consultation here.

During Integral Cleanse you’ll have three live video sessions with Umā and other program participants. They will take place on the following dates:

— Sun., March 30 (08:30 CET)

— Fri., April 4 (08:30 CET)

— Sat., April 12 (08:30 CET)

These sessions will also be recorded for you to revisit later or catch up if you miss one.

During the calls Umā will discuss the Ayurvedic foundations of the Integral Cleanse method and how to follow it with care. You’ll also have opportunity to ask questions that have arisen for you during the cleanse.

Plan for each session to last 60 to 90 minutes. You can check for the time in your location at this link.

The three live sessions will be recorded, with the recording provided to all Integral Cleanse participants. If you know you can’t attend and have a question you want to ask, you can ask it in advance in the private online community to be addressed during the call.

In addition to the three live calls, a private online community is provided for support and integration of your Integral Cleanse experience. Before the cleanse begins you’ll be invited into a group on the Telegram app. In this conversation thread, important information will be shared by Umā, you can ask questions of her, and you can integrate your experience of Integral Cleanse with other participants.

This group will be opened before the cleanse begins and held open for some days after the program ends so you can fully integrate. Please be sure to add the Telegram app to your mobile device and/or computer upon registering for this program.

Ideally register as early as you can so you have plenty of time to arrange your schedule and prepare in all ways.

The final day to reserve your place for Integral Cleanse is March 25, 2025.

Registration is also available through our partners at Northern Light Yoga in Oslo (by March 25 latest).

“This cleanse was so different than the ones I have done before. More challenging and more transforming. I am not only surprised, but almost shocked, at how it worked on a deep psychological level. Magic. Pure magic.

I have gained more energy and more clarity. I feel lighter, clearer and way more hopeful!

I’ve gained a tremendous insight in my own psyche. The self sabotaging patterns, the false identities and so on. And the insight of how FOOD and eating affects these patterns actually blows my mind!!

I’ve also gained power, or reclaimed my own, natural power. And the power of sitting. Just sitting.”
