The cleanse was even better than I could have imagined. We received thorough information about how the cleansing would take place, what we should prepare and recipes.
I was impressed by how the cleanse was built and how effective it was. It was absolutely fantastic to feel how the body responded. But what impressed me the most was the incredibly warm and precise support that Umā immediately gave each individual in the group. At every reaction we shared with her—physical, mental or emotional—she adjusted the cleanse immediately based on constitution and our comments. It could be something we felt was small and trivial, but Umā saw us. It is as if she sees more than we perceive ourselves.READ MORE >> Merete, Yoga Studio Owner, Therapist
I found that she corrected me precisely, which my body immediately responded to. This made me extra confident as well as feeling seen and motivated. It also gave me new knowledge about what my body responds well and less well to. Some of this was surprising.
When the cleanse was over I had more energy, had lost a surprising amount of weight (although I was never hungry) and my skin had improved (I have rosacea). I have acquired new habits, adapted to myself, which I have taken with me. I have gained a new respect for, and curiosity about, Ayurveda. I want to learn more because I see how beneficial it is to health. I will definitely participate in the cleanse next spring. Being able to participate with Umā is a pure gift, and I am so grateful.”

“This has all been an amazing, deep journey. I am so grateful to Umā for leading me safely through the cleanse. I was surprised that all the treatments during the cleanse felt so kind towards the body, working together as a team. I was able to eat mostly the same food for 14 days, and I learned that the power of intention and blessing the food and all the medicines was strong and really empowered the process. Both the ghee and the enemas can work deeply, and if allowing, you can release old blockages. I learned a lot of valuable insights, among other things that the energy of self-loathing can get stuck in the large intestine, and it can make you forget who you really are. I released it during enema, and with it, actual parasites came out! I could also release unhealthy sexual relations I had in the past.READ MORE >> – Linda Mari Grønaas, Norway
I am a little overweight, and now I see the effect ama [toxin] has on my body. Cleansing it out made me lose weight, and I believe in time it will be completely balanced if I continue following the recommendations after the cleanse. I lost a total of 4.5 kg, and I did not expect that at all.
After the cleanse I feel reset, with a clean digestive system and energy field, and my awareness in everyday life has deepened. I feel like it is very clear to me now what foods I want to eat, and also whom to spend my time with.
I learned so many things that I want to continue doing on a regular basis, and I am truly thankful to Umā for making this happen and making it available.
This is a true treasure to give to yourself.”

When are the live video sessions? What happens during those calls?
During Integral Cleanse you’ll have three live video sessions with Umā and other program participants. They will take place on the following dates, with timing to be determined later:
— Sat., March 29 (the day before the cleanse begins)
— Fri., April 4
— Sat., April 12
These sessions will also be recorded for you to revisit later or catch up if you miss one.
During the calls Umā will discuss the Ayurvedic foundations of the Integral Cleanse method and how to follow it with care. You’ll also have opportunity to ask questions that have arisen for you during the cleanse.
Plan for each session to last 60 to 90 minutes. You can check for the time in your location at this link.
What if I can’t join one of the live calls?
The three live sessions will be recorded, with the recording provided to all Integral Cleanse participants. If you know you can’t attend and have a question you want to ask, you can ask it in advance in the private online community to be addressed during the call.
What kind of support and integration are provided?
In addition to the three live calls, a private online community is provided for support and integration of your Integral Cleanse experience. Before the cleanse begins you’ll be invited into a group on the Telegram app. In this conversation thread, important information will be shared by Umā, you can ask questions of her, and you can integrate your experience of Integral Cleanse with other participants.
This group will be opened before the cleanse begins and held open for some days after the program ends so you can fully integrate. Please be sure to add the Telegram app to your mobile device and/or computer upon registering for this program.
When do I need to make a decision about joining?
Ideally register as early as you can so you have plenty of time to prepare for the journey ahead. The final day to reserve your place for the next Integral Cleanse is March 25, 2025.

“After Integral Cleanse, in the rejuvenation period now, I feel very much that my mirror has been shined. I can see and reflect more clearly. As the cleanse ended, pollen season began, and I have only minor symptoms compared to the past several years when I’ve needed to take allergy medicine every day to function normally.READ MORE >> – Lisa Bailey—writer, Vedic astrologer—Sweden
Umā was masterful in her guidance through the cleanse. In true Umā fashion, the program isn’t only a cleansing. It’s a filling up — on the magic of Ayurveda and the treasure troves of wisdom passed down through the ages. I have come away with a deeper understanding of what health is and just how good it feels.”
