"This Integral Cleanse I’ve learned, or rather experienced, that it’s totally possible for me to find true contentment within myself. In one word..LIGHTER. I’m lighter in all areas. Everything is more refined. Clear...
On all those levels there is a much deeper contentment in me. Understanding how it’s true, that it’s all in me.
I can see and feel how BEAUTIFUL EVERYTHING IS.
I’ve truly experienced the fullness that I am (or can be). And that empowers me.
I don’t need any specific outer circumstances for this. I don’t need anyone to love me when I’m in that state. I am love then.
How important is it then to keep doing this work, to be able not just to touch into that state, but to grow it grow it grow it.
It’s holy work. It’s all sacred. It’s all magic. How does the whole world not know about this? I want them to know. To feel, to experience. I’m so in awe of this process.
What this cleanse, based on this ancient wisdom, can transform just on an emotional level is blowing my mind. I know that no therapeutic process ever could do that for me. It had to happen through this.”

The Integral Cleanse schedule
If you think an adaptation to the schedule or cleanse protocols might be necessary for you, it’s important that you ask us about this in advance, before registering.
- Sun., March 15: Begin with cleansing meals
- Mon., March 16: Begin daily dry scrubbing
- Tues., March 17: Begin daily snehana (drinking ghee)
- *Fri., March 20: Final day of snehana; afternoon steamy shower
- *Sat., March 21: Purgation
- *Sun., March 22: Starting fresh—back to basics
- Mon., March 23: Begin daily vasti (oil enema)
- Thurs., March 26: Begin rejuvenation period—when less is more**
*Recommended: Ideally clear your calendar on these 3 days: the day before purgation, the day of purgation and the day after. If that isn’t possible, it is important to at least clear your schedule and have ample personal space for the full purgation day (early morning through the evening).
**Optional: After Integral Cleanse ends, it’s ideal to continue the rejuvenation practices on your own for at least one additional week.
"The profoundness and wholeness of Integral Cleanse keeps on surprising me, again and again. How it cleanses on so many levels.
I’ve learned so many things. Among them I’ve learned how addicted I am to the chatter in my head. How split I am most of the time, between being in the present experience of my body and being in my head. And how this split is rooted in my felt, but false, experience of abandonment.
I’ve released a person and a relationship, and now it just feels like gratitude and love between us!
I’ve released old patterns of relating based on the fear of abandonment.
I’ve gained more clarity. A deeper sense of love and a trust in the ways of nature and God.
And I’ve gained joy! Doing this work is sooo much fun!
Coming to the end of Integral Cleanse, I feel more present in my body, and calm both in my mind and body. I feel rebuilt with more ojas. Deeper sleep. Energised and more at home in myself.”

"I have gained strength, balance, clarity that gives me calmness and peace. I feel that I still have my tough challenges but that I don't collapse under them. I face them and deal with them in a good way.
I feel that I have gained more joy in life and can do my everyday tasks with greater joy. I have gained my self-love this Integral Cleanse. Before I did what was good for me more because of self-discipline. Now I do what is good for me with self-love and joy.
I feel that my energy is much more alive and that it brings joy, power and curiosity for more. I have a greater power and desire to create more, less fear of discomfort and setbacks.”
