SATYA One-Year Foundation

The Core Discipline of Functional Presence

12 months of experiential training—in which perception, expression and capacity are refined through integrated practice

This discipline stabilises inner alignment, so daily function reflects the rhythmic, luminous and whole nature of essential being.

Begins 30 August 2025
with the SATYA Norway immersion

svalakṣaṇa dhāraṇāt dharmaḥ

Dharma is the sustained resonance with one’s intrinsic nature.

In SATYA, following dharma means living in accord with one’s original nature—being true to what is real.

In SATYA, fulfilment arises through restored function.

This function emerges through disciplined alignment and restored structural integrity.

Peak experiences may emerge; yet what endures is the reorganisation of what already exists, where sensing, discerning and interacting operate as one seamless, responsive field.

This is svasthya: the dynamic equilibrium of being centred in one’s inner nature.

This grants her an unparalleled capacity as a guide on the path. In my personal experience, the combination of having a working system (SATYA) and a qualified teacher that can guide you, is as rare as it is precious for taking a big leap in your personal evolution. I recommend this program to anyone interested in sculpting a rich and meaningful life.” — Magnus Jonas Støre, Therapist, Norway

Why Build a SATYA Foundation?

SATYA is the vital resurgence of your living system.

It is the calibrated current of functional presence.

It is the dynamic equilibrium that matures and endures—the configuration that aligns presence to reality and embodies truth in action.

This means, in lived terms, you may:

Structural integrity—living function

Structure, in SATYA, refers to the underlying configuration of the inner instrument—where manas (sensory mind), buddhi (discerning intelligence), citta (memory field) and ahaṃkāra (sense of individuality) operate as a unified, responsive system.

When structure is distorted, perception fragments.

When structure is trained, presence becomes functional.

In the SATYA One-Year Foundation, system-wide coherence develops through alignment with natural cycles—refining the system over time into readiness, capacity and the unified power to know, will and act.

In this full year of SATYA experiential education you receive:

All 5 modules of the SATYA core curriculum, at a substantially reduced cost.

These are:

SATYA Sadhana Monthly
In practice together, wherever you are

This SATYA module is a support system for continuity and commitment to spiritual practice and self inquiry. You can also utilise it to integrate your experiences from other SATYA modules.
Each month of SATYA Sadhana offers:

SATYA Norway
Haṭha Rahasya—the Inner Yoga of Sun and Moon

An experiential immersion into SATYA that offers:

Utmost Care
Ayurvedic training for self-healing

Study at your own pace. Through recorded videos and written material, you will be trained by Umā in time-honoured self-care protocols and key fundamentals of Ayurveda, including:

Integral Cleanse

SATYA Yatra
Immersion in India

The SATYA system of self realisation and spiritual emergence is empowered in its native terrain. On Yatra, the Indian word for pilgrimage, we journey this native terrain. Along the path, Umā’s way of sharing her lived experience of satya (realness), synergistic elements of Tantra, Yoga and Ayurveda come alive in the storytelling. Authentic experience morphs into living the myth.
The SATYA Yatra experience offers:

BONUS—FREE ENROLMENT

As a SATYA One-Year Foundation participant, you’re also given free entry into:

Dīpavāli Sādhanā—Row of Lights
Flame by flame, illumined grace takes form.

The timing of Dīpāvalī, India’s ‘festival of lights’, is deliberately aligned with the darkest new moon of the year.

At this turning point, when one cycle ends and another begins, the outer world is at its darkest, making the inner environment ripe for reflection and transformation..

Practicing sādhanā during this period means flowing with these natural rhythms rather than against them, allowing deeper personal insight and supporting the conditions for systemic reorganisation and renewal.
This SATYA sādhanā includes:
A value of €333

a culmination ritual conducted in your name by a selected Shaivite pujari in India
a certificate of completion*
eligibility for advanced SATYA trainings in the future.

*Important: The SATYA One-Year Foundation is not a training or certification to teach concepts, techniques or sadhana learned or practiced through SATYA. It is a training to apply in your life, if you choose, rather than a training to teach what you learn.

There’s no aversion to what it means for me to be here, now. I’m at a level that is doing whatever it takes to fulfill ‘my karma is my dharma.’ I’m a full-on contractor now, which my mind a year ago would have said is so far from my spiritual path. But now it just is.

And my initial impetus to join was for support—the support to summon the will to be my healthiest self. I can say that I have taken that step—that it is happening, and I am more integrated than ever.”
